Product Description
The Davey DT37G is a heavy-duty submersible grinder sewage pump designed for grey and black water pumping, sump emptying, septic effluent and sewage disposal, and wastewater containing soft solids in suspension.
The DT37G features a heavy-duty shredding and grinding ring at the inlet that reduces soft organic solids, sanitary products, thin rubber products and some textiles into a slurry for pumping. Its centrifugal open impeller helps prevent blockage by small solids in the slurry, while its high-head design allows connection to smaller discharge pipe systems and is particularly suited to pumping wastewater to pressure sewer mains.
Powered by a 3.7kW three-phase motor, the DT37G features a cast iron impeller and pump casing, high chromium steel shredding and grinding rings, and a 304 stainless steel pump shaft and motor shell. Double mechanical shaft seals operate in a captive oil bath, with a silicon carbide/ceramic seal on the pump side, while a seal sensor lead allows connection to a protection relay for early detection of seal leakage.
