Product Description
The Davey DT22K is a heavy-duty submersible shredder sewage pump designed for sewage water pumping, sump emptying, septic effluent disposal, water transfer, light slurries, factory waste and wastewater containing stringy or long soft solids in suspension.
The DT22K features an open single-channel centrifugal impeller with a cutting leading edge that cuts string-like materials and helps reduce the risk of blockage in the pump or pipework. A tungsten carbide cutting tip provides durable cutting performance, while the pump is capable of handling soft solids up to 80% of the discharge size.
Powered by a 2.2kW three-phase motor, the DT22K features a cast iron impeller, pump casing and outlet, together with a 304 stainless steel pump shaft, motor shell and fasteners. Double mechanical shaft seals operate in a captive oil bath, with a silicon carbide/ceramic seal on the pump side and a sand slinger lip seal providing additional protection.
